Items in stock typically ship within 2 business days. We will contact you via email or phone of any shipment delays or if the product you ordered is not currently in stock or sold out. We typically ship domestic orders via USPS priority. However, we reserve the right to ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may incur. Please contact customerservice@babybondnursing.com or call 973.222.6609 for special requests or if you would like package insured for an additional fee. All orders are shipped with tracking. Seller will not be held responsible for any package that is lost or stolen in transit.
Items that have been purchased at full price may be returned within 14 days of purchase for online store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Email  customerservice@babybondnursing.com with “return request” as the subject. Request a return and be sure to include the original order details (name, order date, order number) in the body of the email. You will receive an email reply with a return authorization number (RA#). Returned items must have original packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns and original shipping charges are not refundable. It is recommended you use a shipping service with tracking as we refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list and/or original purchase details with request to return so that it may be quickly processed. Once items are received and inspected, an online store credit will be issued for the amount of merchandise returned. Items that do not meet our restocking qualifications will be returned at the customer’s expense. Online store credits are valid for one year from date issued. When online store credit is used, customer will be billed postage prior to shipping.  Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return. Should an item be damaged, please report the damage to customerservice@babybondnursing.com within 14 days of purchase. We are not able to accept returns purchased from retailers other than www.babybondnursing.com. Please contact the retailer directly for all return requests.

So you love your BabyBond™ but not the color?

You may exchange for a different color within 14 days of original purchase date. Email  customerservice@babybondnursing.com with “exchange request” as the subject. Request an exchange for preferred color and be sure to include the original order details (name, order date, order number) in the body of the email. You will receive an email reply with a return authorization number (RA#). Ship back the item you would like to exchange along with the RA# and color preference. Include a self-addressed, prepaid envelope with appropriate postage which will be used to ship your new item. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, and it is recommended that an item be sent with tracking. If an item is not received, a replacement will not be sent. Upon receipt and inspection of the item for new & unused condition, your new BabyBond™ will be shipped in the envelope you provided. Items that do not meet our restocking qualifications will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Order a new BabyBond™ in the color of your choice from our site, and it will ship immediately. Follow the above steps to request an exchange and recieve RA#. Ship back the originally purchased item in new, unused condition along with RA#. The account of the originally purchased item will be credited the original purchase price less shipping fees after inspection of the returned item. Items that do not meet our restocking qualifications will be returned at the customer’s expense. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping fees. Be sure to use tracking when you ship as your account will not be credited if an item is not received.
